Community Services Officer (CSO)

Assist with traffic control, reports, and scene security. CSOs play a vital non-sworn role in daily operations and often serve as a launching pad to sworn careers.

Public Services Officer (PSO)

Support department security, front desk operations, and field response. PSOs also conduct periodic patrols and park checks to maintain safety and visibility across city properties.
